Account & Registration

Registering a betking account takes less than 2 minutes. Click the "Register" button in the top-right corner of the website, then fill in your full name, an active Malaysian phone number, password and date of birth. After submitting the form, a verification OTP will be sent to your phone number. Enter the code and your account is instantly activated. You can make a deposit and start betting on the same day.

The minimum age to register and use the betking platform is 18 years old. This is an absolute requirement in compliance with our responsible gaming policy. betking reserves the right to request age verification documents at any time and will close the account of any user found to be under the required age.

No, each user is only allowed to hold one betking account. Owning multiple accounts is a violation of betking's Terms and Conditions and may result in all associated accounts being suspended with their balances frozen. If you are unable to access your existing account, contact customer support for account recovery assistance.

Log in to your betking account, click the profile icon in the top-right corner and select "Account Settings". From there, you can update your email address, password and other personal details. Changes to your phone number and full name require additional verification via OTP and document review to ensure your account's security.

For KYC (Know Your Customer) verification, you are required to submit clear front and back photos of your Malaysian identity card (MyKad), along with a selfie holding the card. For bank verification, a bank statement or e-wallet account screenshot showing your name and account number is required. The review process is typically completed within 24 business hours.
Deposits & Payments

betking accepts a wide range of payment methods popular in Malaysia, including FPX (all major banks), DuitNow, Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, RHB Now, and Public Bank. All payment methods are processed securely with 256-bit SSL encryption. Deposits are typically credited to your account within 1 to 5 minutes.

The minimum deposit at betking is RM 30 for most payment methods. For e-wallets such as Touch 'n Go and GrabPay, the minimum may vary depending on current promotional campaigns. There is no maximum deposit limit for standard accounts; however, accounts that have not completed full KYC verification may have a lower daily deposit limit.

In most cases, deposits are processed in under 5 minutes. If your deposit has not appeared after 15 minutes, check whether the transaction was successful in your banking app. If the funds have been deducted from your bank account but do not appear in betking, contact customer support with proof of the transaction (a screenshot or reference number) for prompt resolution.

betking does not charge any processing fees for deposits. You only pay the amount you wish to deposit, with no additional deductions from betking. However, some banks or e-wallet providers may apply a small transaction fee in accordance with their own policies — this is beyond betking's control.
Withdrawal

betking withdrawals are typically processed and credited to your bank account or e-wallet within 1 to 3 business hours. Withdrawals requested during office hours (9 AM to 6 PM, Monday–Friday) are usually processed faster. Your first withdrawal may take slightly longer due to additional security checks carried out by our finance team.

The minimum withdrawal amount at betking is RM 50. The maximum daily withdrawal limit is RM 30,000 for standard members. VIP members enjoy higher withdrawal limits based on their membership tier — up to RM 100,000 per day for Platinum VIP members. If you need to withdraw more than the daily limit, please contact your VIP account manager.

Common reasons for withdrawal rejections include: outstanding bonus balance that has not met the rollover requirement, bank account details that do not match the name on your betking account, incomplete KYC verification, or suspicious activity detected on your account. Check the notifications in your account for more details, or contact customer support for a thorough explanation specific to your case.
Bonus & Promotions

The betking welcome bonus is credited automatically after you make your first qualifying deposit. No promo code is required — the bonus goes directly into your bonus account. The bonus amount is 100% of your first deposit, up to a maximum of RM 588. A 5x rollover requirement must be met before the bonus funds can be withdrawn.

Rollover refers to the total wagering amount you must place before bonus funds can be converted to withdrawable cash. For example, if you receive a RM 100 bonus with a 5x rollover requirement, you need to place RM 500 in bets (RM 100 × 5) before that bonus is eligible for withdrawal. Your rollover progress can be monitored in real time from the promotions section of your account.

betking bonus validity periods vary by promotion type. The welcome bonus is valid for 30 days from the date it is credited. Reload deposit bonuses are typically valid for 14 days. Weekly cashback bonuses are valid for 7 days. If the rollover is not completed within the validity period, the remaining bonus balance will expire automatically with no compensation.

Generally, only one active promotion is allowed at a time. However, certain promotions can be combined — for example, sports cashback can run simultaneously with casino cashback as they fall under different categories. Check the terms and conditions of each promotion individually, or contact customer support to confirm eligibility for combining promotions in your specific case.
Sports Betting

betking offers over 30 sports for betting, including football, badminton, tennis, basketball, rugby, hockey, e-sports, golf, horse racing, motorsports (F1), and more. Football is the most popular sport, with coverage of over 500 leagues worldwide, including the Malaysia Super League, EPL, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, and UEFA Champions League.

In general, bets that have been confirmed and accepted cannot be cancelled or amended. However, betking offers a "Cash Out" feature for selected bets, allowing you to settle a bet early before the match ends — either to lock in a profit or reduce a loss based on the current result. The Cash Out button will appear automatically if this option is available for your bet.

If a match is postponed and resumes within 48 hours, bets typically remain valid and are settled based on the final result. If a match is fully cancelled or does not resume within the specified timeframe, all related bets will be fully refunded to your account balance. betking follows industry-standard rules for settling such cases.
Live Casino

If the stream is interrupted during an active game, do not panic. betking automatically records every game round. Simply refresh the page or log back in — any bets placed before the interruption will be settled based on the actual result of that round. Technical & App

The betking app for Android can be downloaded directly from the Download on our website in APK format. For iOS (iPhone and iPad), the app is available via the App Store. The Android app requires installation permission from unknown sources, which can be enabled in your device's security settings. The Android APK file size is approximately 45MB and is compatible with Android 7.0 and above.

For the best experience, betking recommends a device with at least 3GB of RAM running Android 8.0 or iOS 13 and above.
