You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and all activity occurring within your account. Please contact betking support immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.
Betking accepts a variety of payment methods suited for Malaysian users, including FPX, DuitNow, Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, and direct bank transfers via major Malaysian banks. All transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) and secured with 256-bit SSL encryption.
Deposit Limit: The minimum deposit is RM 30 for most payment methods. The maximum daily deposit limit is RM 50,000 for standard accounts and can be adjusted for VIP members through a personal account manager.
Withdrawal: All withdrawal requests are processed within 15 minutes to 24 hours depending on the selected method and account verification status. The minimum withdrawal is RM 50. For security purposes, funds may only be withdrawn to the same payment method used for the original deposit.

All bets placed on betking are subject to game-specific rules available in the platform's help section. Confirmed bets cannot be cancelled or modified except in situations explicitly specified in the game rules.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the betking platform and may result in immediate account termination, forfeiture of funds, and appropriate legal action:
Account security is a shared responsibility. betking continuously invests in enterprise-grade security infrastructure, but protecting your login credentials remains your sole personal responsibility.

If you are dissatisfied with an account termination decision, you may submit a written appeal to the betking compliance team via support email within 30 days of the termination date.
The betking platform is provided "as is" without any express or implied warranties regarding continuous availability, accuracy of information, or fitness for a particular purpose. betking is not liable for any losses arising from service disruptions caused by factors beyond our control.
Betking reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. Significant changes will be communicated to users via their registered email or in-platform notification at least 7 days before taking effect, except for immediate changes required for security or legal compliance reasons.
